We deliver around the world to over 100 countries. Our standard IT delivery is more than standard and provides you fully trackable service to your front door from our preferred delivery partners. Our delivery charges are calculated by volume, weight and destination country. We do our best to keep our delivery charges as competitive as possible.
1. When will I know when my goods have been dispatched?
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Do you deliver items separately?
No. If you have ordered multiple items, we will send these out to you in one delivery as soon as they all arrive at the Milanclick warehouse and they have been quality checked. We dispatch completed orders unless unforeseen circumstances occur.
3. When can I expect to receive my order?
The lead times are stated for each product in the product page.
4. Can my order be left in the garden/porch/shed/bin?
No. All deliveries must be signed.
5. What does the International goods in transit insurance include?
The insurance will cover you for a replacement item if damaged or lost.
7. How much will the duties and taxes be for my International delivery?
Each country has their own percentage rate, this information can be found at your local customs office. You as the customer are solely responsible for paying these fees.
International shipping details
Europe and Worldwide destinations will take longer.
International deliveries do not include customs & clearance fees, duties & taxes, road tax (applicable in Turkey*) or quarantine and fumigation fees (mainly Australia) which are payable by the customer prior to delivery. Failure to make payment will result in delays and ultimately the return of the goods and further costs accrued.
All international deliveries are curb-side only and the delivery company will require assistance unloading larger items.

Taxes and custom fees
For all deliveries outside the European union, VAT, taxes and custom fees will be at the customers expense, and will be asked for at the time of the delivery from shipment company. (The amount will be calculated once the goods arrive in customs). In this case the invoice will be included with the parcel and a copy of the invoice will also be available in the customers account on request.
