In order to give you as many ideas as possible and that you are up to date on all the latest design news, MilanClick is regularly updated. We also send articles every week with new brands, designers, products, current events and everything you would like to know about design.

 

How often will I find new products at MilanClick?

The site is updated with up to 20 new products every week which are also presented on our regular newsletters.

 

How can I order a product that isn’t listed on your website?

We are able to supply all products from the brands and designers already listed on our website. If you can't find the product that you're interested in, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

How do you determine the price of your products?

We use the retail prices that advised by each of our suppliers.

 

Are you able to supply discounts?

We are able to supply a discount if a certain quantity is ordered. please do not hesitate to contact us and we will reply you within 24h.

 

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery times are displayed on the product page directly next to each item.


What do I do, if I want to exchange or return a product?

In case an ordered product doesn't comply with your request, as a private customer you can return it within 14 days without giving any reasons by simply sending it back - preferably in its original packing - unless you have acted upon commercial or self-employed professional occupation or placed a special, customized order. The amount payed will be refunded promptly after receiving and checking the product.

 

How high are the shipping costs?

Shipment costs based on products and destination. Calculating the cost is simple (and does not imply the purchase):

The system calculates automatically the exact cost according to your combination. If you add articles or modify quantities, the system immediately calculates again the transport costs.

 

How can I place an order?

Placing an order is super easy! After selecting the products that you like (or after having selected them from your LoveList) click the button “Add to basket” and “Checkout”. You will be able to set your billing and delivery information and decide which payment method fits better your decision. After having accepted the terms and conditions you can finalise your order and receive the email confirmation of your products.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by the main credit cards through Unicredit, Paypal account or bank transfer. We suggest you keep your credit card close to you to speed up the payment process, so that you are sure you get the best limited deals on time.

 

How should I act upon delivery?

We do our best to identify the best transportation partners for every country. However, we suggest you follow these steps during the order reception: (i) please check that the products in your box are as many as reported on the delivery note; (ii) please check the packaging entirety and note every sign of visible breakage. In case you think something might be wrong, please make sure you sign the delivery note as “accepted with reserve” and report, if possible, any alleged damage.

 

Who will take care of the delivery of my order?

MilanClick grants an easy and pleasant shopping experience in any phase. We have an internal logistics service located in the northern area of Italy and we do our best to identify the best transportation partners for every country. Each transportation service provider will be selected based on its track record in handling fragile products.
